9 stations were set up with 2 exercises at each station. Below are the stations
- Deadlift rows , Figure 8's – 45lb / 55lb
- Sit Ups with 2 Jabs, 7's – 15lb dumbbells
- Man Maker Merkins, Scaptions – 10lb dumbbells
- Chop Press, Step Ups – 40lb sandbags
- Squats, Rows – 60lb sandbags
- Clean Press, Mason Twists – 30lb kettlebells
- Bench, 1 Arm Rows – 35lb kettlebells
- Ball Fly, Skull Crushers – 25lb dumbbells
- Bent Fly, Curls – 30lb dumbbells
First round pax did 15 reps of each exercise at each station.
Second round pax did 10 reps at each station
