11 men arrived at Mustang to play a dice game and get some work in on a wet Saturday morning.FNG-1 Lumberjack – recently moved from another region. We need to get you to register!-The mumble chatter started immediately and continued throughout. – Not even Sporks attempt at the floss could coax my 2.0 from the car.WARMUP25IC Mt Climbers20IC Imperial Squat Walkers15IC Plank Jack’sIR with 1st in line carrying the MetroBall (17lb rugby ball) to blocksRoll the dice – Lunge Walk 90 sec.Grab a block10IC Block CurlsRoll the dice – 60 Side straddle hops10IC Block PressRoll the dice – 30 Side straddle hopsThere was a ball drop – 5 burpee penalty10IC Skull CrushersBlocks back – IR around the school to the pull-up bar.Roll the dice – Lunge WalkMax Pull-ups (2 at a time) while PAX planks while they wait their turn.Roll the dice – 30 Side straddle hopsIR to track – plank on the 6 to squeeze through the gate.Roll the dice – 30 Side straddle hopsMosey to the wall for 10 BTW (meaning walk the wall into a handstand BTW 10 times) There were many variations 10 second BTW… Not doing it so I’ll plank…IR to bleachersRoll the dice – 20 BURPEE (PAX looked away and Q bumped the dice)Burpee bleacher jump up and back down the bleachers (another 20 or do Burpees)Back out to the track1st person Lunge walks with the ball while PAX bear crawls behind with last person running to front until we rotated through everyone having a turn. PAX mutiny… Apparently Mustang doesn’t bear crawl.Roll the dice – 10 BURPEE (PAX looked away and Q bumped the dice again) IR back to the gatePlank while you wait.Run back to launch pad and circle up.American hammer passing the ball around the circle.
