There was a sighting this morning at the Davidson College Track of one of the PAX proudly wearing red runners tights. It was a glorious sight to behold, especially since the tights were thoughtfully paired with bright yellow running shoes. As this PAX completed his laps around the track, it was clear of his loyalty to our beloved Davidson Wildcats.
The other 2 PAX tagged in this backblast performed a traditional sea biscuit which included laps around the track with pull-ups, air squats, dips, and merkins alternately mixed in along the way.
Following the workout, PAX attended Toby Talks and had a great discussion about each of our recent “highs” and “lows” which included discussions about work, family and health.
Friday mornings starting with a workout at the Davidson College Track, followed by Toby Talks is a great way to kick off the weekend.
