9 Men ventured into Cobalt to take on the LOP!  Line of Pain baby!

Warmorama:

Stretching with various toe touches, Toy Soldiers x 15 IC, IST x 15 IC, SSH x 30 IC

The Thang:

LOP!  

Line of 9 stations at the end of the parking lot as follows

  1. skull crusher 25lb
  2. lateral raises 10lb each arm
  3. curls 15lbs
  4.  weighted squat 25lbs
  5. chow press – shoulder press of 30lb dog food
  6. mercans using push up handles
  7. ab roller
  8. kettlebell swing
  9. LBC's

We did 10 reps at each station, except the ab roller station we only did 5 reps.  After completing all of the stations, we sprinted to stop sign in the parking lot (short sprint)

We completed the reps at the LOP again, the ran a longer sprint to the second stop sign.

Completed reps at LOP again, ran a short sprint

Completed the LOP for the fourth and final time and ran the longer sprint.

Moleskin:

  • No rest for the weary in this exercise, heart rate stayed up the entire workout.
  • various grunts and groans were heard, Blinky may have popped a tire!
  • 911 shot out of the LOP on the first sprint like an ambulance responding to a 911 call, how apropos!
  • Arizona had wheels this am!  Leading the pax in the sprints.
  • Great work men!  It was an honor to lead this great group this am.
