4 Brave souls ventured into the Cobalt AO to meet the "LOP" Line Of Pain baby!
Warmorama:
High Knees, Butt Kicks, Side Steps L & R, Side Straddle Hops (SSH) x 30 IC, Windmills (WM) x 15 IC, Toy Soldiers (TS) x 15 IC
The Thang:
Line of Pain (LOP) consisted of the following stations:
- Lateral Raises with 10lb dumbbells x 15 reps
- Skull Crushers with 25lb dumbbell x 15 reps
- Kettlebell raises with 30lb kettlebell x 15 reps
- Ab Roller x 15 reps
- Merkins with handles x 15 reps
- Squats with 25lb dumbbell x 15 reps
- Gun Show with 15lb dumbells x 15 reps
After pax completed all stations, we ran as a group to second stop sign and returned back for another round of the LOP.
Pax completed 4 rounds of the above LOP and run.
The Moleskin:
- A lot warmer today than recent workouts! Natty broke the shorts out again! Not Hambone- short though.
- Pax got excited seeing the LOP set up upon arrival. No guess what was going to happen today!
- No shooting stars today, overcast with a pleasant mist.
- Apparently BOA gave a nice Christmas/Tax bonus, should be a lot of Clark Griswolds in the MIL area! Probably some pools being dug as we speak…
- We ended up running about 1.5 – 2 miles
- Great work gents!
