Two grown men appear at Cobalt to meet the LOP (line of pain)

SSH x 30 IC, TS x 15 IC, WM x 15 IC, CP x 15 IC

The Thang:

The Q came early and had a line of pain stations set for the workout today.  8 stations were set up and we did 12 reps at each station.

  1.  Curls – 25lb dumbbells
  2. ? Weighted Mason Twists – 35lb kettlebell
  3.  Squats – 60lb sandbag
  4.  Step-Ups – 35lb kettlebell
  5.  Ab Rollers 
  6.  Exercise Ball Flies – 15lb dumbbells
  7.  Handled Merkins
  8.  Front Raises – 10lb dumbbells

After 1st, 2nd, and 3rd rounds, we ran to stop sign at main road and back to pool parking lot.  

We did a total of 4 rounds.

Moleskin:

Great catching up with Grip today!  Good workout bro!  Couple of old guys out breaking a sweat.  Learned that PA's are better looking than doctors, LOL, so Grip ended up marrying one when he was in pharmaceutical sales.  Grip rocked the workout.  The Ocoee river is awesome, just ask the Q or Grip.

If you are going to Chattanooga, it is definitely more scenic to take 74/64 through the Nantahala National Forest.  Fyi, the Ocoee is better to whitewater raft than the Nantahala.  

Had a blast today, it was a pleasure to lead today.
