SSH x 25 IC, Stretching, CP x15 IC, IST x 15 IC, WM x 15 IC.

The Thang:

Mosey about 1/3 of a mile

Return to base for line of pain!

Line of pain has 7 stations, 20 reps performed at each station, except, Ab roller we did 15 reps

  • Raises 10lbs 
  • Kettle Bell swings 30lbs
  • Bent Flys 15lbs
  • Skull Crushers 25lbs
  • Squats 25lbs
  • Mercans with handles
  • Ab Roller

Run about 1/3 mile

Return to base for another LOP!  We did 15 reps at each station, except Ab rollers we did 10 reps.

All in all, great day for a workout!  74 degrees, a little humid, but not terribly bad.  Welcome back 911!  Great to seeing you again!  Oktoberfest's favorite part of the workout is the stretching…likes to see it.  May need to change Ginsu's name to Donkey or International after last post!  I learned a lot last week!  During workout I heard some references about household tasks, and somehow relating it to the guys, missed the rest of the conversation.  

The breezes were definitely welcomed today,  especially after the last run.   Coming back to base was easier than leaving the base, per the Q, obvious observation,  downhill is easier than uphill!
