Stretching, Wind Mills (WM) x 15 IC, Imperial Storm Trooper's (IST'S)x 15 IC, Toy Soldiers (TS) x 15 IC, Side Straddle Hops (SSH) x 20 IC
THE THANG:
LOP = Line of PAIN
The line consisted of the following stations:
- Flys with 10lb Dumbells
- Curls with 15lb Dumbells
- Skull Crusher with 25lb Dumbbell
- Ab Roller – vintage
- Kettle bell swing 25lb
- Merkins with Handles
- Squat with 25lb Dumbbell
Each man did 12 reps at each of the pain stations above, followed by a jog to the first stop sign. We did this after the first and second rounds
We ran to the second stop sign after the 3rd and 4th rounds.
We did a total of 5 rounds of the LOP but did not run after the 5th round.
THE MOLESKIN:
- Mary not needed today, we gave her the day off.
- We think 911 may have taken the pavers since he got a new home. No one has reportedly seen his back yard
