It was cold.  Some of our lady friends decided to run, and only the strongest of strong showed in the gloom.

so naturally, the workout needed to match the PAX.

THE WARMUP

We moseyed to the back corner of the lot, taking a lap around the parking lot, waving to the nuns as we proudly jogged by their residence.

THE THANG

Thise that know Rodeo workouts, love abs cherish the Burner Bruiser.  So we did it.

  • 10x weighted squats
  • 10x curls
  • 10x OHPs
  • 10x skull crushers
  • 15x 8-count burners
  • mosey (with block once and without block once) to the bottom of the lot and back

not once, not twice, but thrice.

admittedly, the Pax (just Blackbeard) complained about the intensity, so we cut the last set in half and ended on 8 burners.  Still though 500 reps achieved in total.

then we moseyed to the church entrance for monkey Humpers on Stumptown, along with Muhammad Ali's, and incline Merkins.

then we moseyed to the church entrance for a mobility moment and moseyed to the school.
