Lots of Rocks (p.s. Plug for Neck of the Woods this Saturday. Sign up!!))


It was a perfect morning for a workout.  We headed straight over to “rubbermaid” for a typical Berean location.

After some light warm up (yes, slow Merkins are good for warming up), we went across the bridge, stopping along the way with additional warms ups to let the Six catch up.

Rock selection was easy and our workout consisted of:

Do an exercise

Run to spot and come back, pick up the rock and Zamporini it to the new spot.

do the first exercise and add a second,

 

Repeato and add a third.  

At the fourth location, drop the first exercise and add and drop at each successive locations.

(over head pressess, curls squats, Skull crushers, Chest press, Front row).  

mixed in some mobility work and weaved our way back, stopping to pick up the Six and we wound our way back to the Foutain.

I heard a lot of grumbling about needing to get back on time.  With my excellent sense of time and abundance of humility, we got back just perfectly.

Neck of The Woods is this Saturday!!  bring a bike and great attitude.

We prayed for Shakes BIL who was just diagnosed with Leukemia and for my brother who is looking for a job.
