It was 30 freaking degrees.  I should have stayed in bed.  The alarm went off, and instead of stayng in the fart sack and tolerating my 4 year old kicking me in the junk for another hour, I decided to get up and get moving.  I knew my fellow Hill People were waiting.  Farts, phlegm, inappropriate slurs, yoga pants, and a sweet stache were there to greet me as I pulled in and prepared to deliver some old school kettle bell pain.

7.  Today we prayed for our families.  Our children.  Our wives.  Those we love.  Those that couldn't be with us at the workout.  We pray for those that serve and protect us.  Thank you God for those we love.  Celebrate Valentines Day and remind your wife that she is the most important person in your life.
