Here's your skinny Bblast. Sorry for the delay, Gents.  

6 of us ventured out on the eve of Thanksgiving. After some Yurpies (slow yoga style burpees…swan dive, forward fold, plank, upward dog, downward dog, etc.) to warm-up, we launched into this 12 minute video, shown to me by StumpJumper for lower back strength, hamstring/glute strength and flexibility of the same areas.

Success. We all hit TBQ and nobody was injured.  After some additional stretching and strengthening exercises/holds, we closed out offering up prayers of thanksgiving and also some requests for comfort for the many people we know who are suffering.
