It was another beutiful morning out in the gloom.  I was not sure how many pax to expect this mornign due to all the QvQ rounds going on today, but we ended up with a good showing.  Marker even joined us from the Denver side.

Suicide workout.  Run to first basketball hoop 5 reps, run back, run to second 10 reps, back then to third 15 reps, back and to fourth for 20 reps

First round – Merkins

Second Round – CCD

Third round – Jump squats

 

Next was Lieutenant Dan's up to 12, but as we hit the end of the lot on 10 I called the audible and stopped there.  THese were a great hit, and I could tell by all the joyous comments made about them

Did some dips, inclined merkins, and single leg squats.  Jockstrap should have picke an outside bench on the dips as it was quite congested inbetween two table.  It was also great the for the single leg squats he simply places his leg on the table top while the rest of us used the bench part.(you know like normal sizes peole do)  He is a prime example of how all these hormones in meats and milk can affect a person

After that we grabbed some blocks.  Curls, skull crushers, chest press, and lawn mowers
