Toby has taken more Qs than I can count at The General – paybacks started today.  It was a rollickin’ good time at Gladiator and I’ll be back sooner rather than later.

Warm-o-rama

YHC came in on two wheels – no time for good mornings, sorry Frontier.  Start with a mosey around the lot, shortly after the launch we were invaded by the young guns.  High energy, fast pace – great to meet them.

Grab a block.  Set aside the block for a bit as we warmed up with – SSH, IST, Long Snapper, Toy Soldier

THE THANG

Since no one was present at my Q yesterday at MMM – I used a few of the same tactics.  It’ll be our little secret.

Grab a partner and your blocks:

Parter One start to make a lap around a section of the lot.  Partner Two drop and do 10 mericans.  Partner two then catches up to Partner one and flip flop until you’ve finished the lap.

Repeato with 3 burpees

Circle up for block work – deconstructed 8-count body builder, put it all together for the real deal 8-count body builder.  

Line up across the lot – lunge walks up and back.  Repeato.

Curb Kickers.

Find your partner for another lap – Farmer Carry/Mericans

Some more block work.

Put the blocks away.  We ran-jogged-ran to the school wall – young bucks leading the way.

Recover Recover

Moleskine – 

• Good crew – a lot of chatter.  Ages ranged from 17 – 62.
• Not sure who is bringing out the <20 year olds – but keep it up.  Love their energy.
• We prayed for Jack and his family who will be dealing with a new cancer diagnosis for Jack’s dad.
• We prayed for S’Mores
• Come out to Lost Worlds on Saturday.  Little Smiles helps pediatric patients throughout the Charlotte region and will be having a Christmas in July event. 3-6pm.  Bring your kids for a pic with Santa.
