We used the .2 mile loop around the greenspace and to the alley (Elizabeth Dare Dr.) with the following 5 exercises: #1 Merkin x 20, #2 Prisoner Squat x 20, #3 Scorpion Dry Dock x 20, #4 World War II sit-up x 20, #5 Lunge x 20
- Round 1: One lap, Exercise #1, one lap
- Round 2: Exercise #1,2, one lap
- Round 3: Exercise #1,2,3, one lap
- Round 4: Exercise #1,2,3,4, one lap
- Round 5: Exercise #1,2,3,4,5, one lap
