Ludicrous Speed Brought It


Ludicrous Speed did happen on 4/20.  .75 w/u followed by 6x400s with 20 merkins, 20 low flutters and 20 squats in between each interval with plenty of fellowship.  Total 3+ miles overall and plenty of calories burned.  Effort and purpose was real.  Gambini and/or SnakeEyes have the 4/27 Q.
