8 MEN APPEARED IN THE GLOOM FOR A LUG A JUG BEATDOWN!

Side Straddle Hops x 30 IC, Wind Mills x 15 IC, Imperial Storm Troopers x 15 IC, Stretching

THE THANG:

Each man grabbed 2 jugs of distilled water (1 gallon each) to aid in the following exercises:

  1.  Curls x 20 each arm
  2.  Weighted Squats x 20
  3.  Bent Over Flys x 20
  4.  Weighted Lunges x 20 each leg
  5.  Tricep extensions x 20
  6.  Weighted Mason Twists x 20
  7.  Skull Crushers x 20
  8.  Weighted WWII Sit Ups x 20
  9.  Shoulder Press x 20

Mosey to main road and back to parking lot for more jug abuse.

  • Welcome back Niko!  Now officially Germanator! 
  • Never knew one gallon jugs could get so heavy
  • The sound of water jiggling in jugs had pax reminiscing of running with full stomachs, bad burritos, speed bagging (what the heck!), etc…., can't go into too much detail about this one
  • Oktoberfest stayed the entire workout.
  • Jugs had pax grunting!
  • Natty and El Tigre smoked the spandex crew again.  We even beat them at the start!  #comeearlystaylate
  • Q headed to island with water after workout for relief efforts
  • As always gentlemen, it was an honor to lead this AM!
