4 men showed up in the gloom for a MachoMan VQ.  Manhands solo rucked; found relief behind Best Buy (you have been warned, no place is safe)

The Thang

The field was pre-setup by the Q.  What laid before the men were one Hummer-sized tire and 3 slosh pipes.  The men were told to find a partner, and the RaceCity 500 began:

 

Lap 0 – 100 

Partner 1 – curl slosh pipe while…

Partner 2 – run to hill, quadraphelia up the hill and back pedal back to partner 1.  

exchange the reps and pipe, swap tasks.  

Repeato until 100 combined reps reached.  

Plank while you wait for other group to finish.  

 

Recover, recover, 10 count

 

Lap 101 – 200

Partner 1 – on your six chest press slosh pipe.

Partner 2 – run to end of field, bear crawl back to partner.

exchange the reps and pipe, swap tasks.  

Repeato until 100 combined reps reached.  

Plank while you wait for other group to finish. 

 

Recover, recover, 10 count, swap partners

 

Lap 201 – 300

Partner 1 – front squat with slosh pipe.

Partner 2 – run to end of field, crab crawl back to partner.

exchange the reps and pipe, swap tasks.  

Repeato until 100 combined reps reached.
