The Thang

I kindly asked all PAX to gather around one of the picnic tables so that they had the option to stare deeply into each other's eyes during the beatdown. They made known that if they wanted some awkward stuff like that they would've joined Stretch down the street (more on that in Moleskin).

Mosey a lap

Plank challenge: Get in plank position and follow all commands of the Q without dropping a knee. Just a few minutes of this will get that core burning!

Mosey to Stretch for a nice long mobility and MWAR detour with The Force at the helm. Monkey Humper around Toxic for good measure.

Moleskin

  • Happy was concerned he was on his way to Kotter-ville. Great job fighting off that moniker. He also went to the gym afterwards for some squats and deadlifts because his M made it clear that the peach was her favorite fruit.
  • Jimmy O kept a low profile until we went to stretch. Then his latex gloves drew all kinds of oohs and ahhs as we listened to The Force's playlist of love songs. Stretch guys, amirite?
  • Great to see Kingfish out in the gloom. He missed the 10th anniversary beatdown but he's vowed to never miss another workout again (my words, not his).
  • Prayers up for Happy's wife and her continued healing.
