When I texted Tweetsie, he mentioned he was going to Q this morning at MadSci but wanted to get a little….SkEtChY! The #PB said no running, so in Etch fashion, we didn’t run, but we did have fun. Lots of mumble chatter, or just anxious talking from 1 specific individual….
Here’s the Thang:
Slowest Mosey ever to the bottom of the basement for warm-up.
WarmUp:
- SSH x 30 IC – slightly starting to speed up as we went
- The Merican – 10 IC, staying down in plank
- Mountain Climber – 10 IC, staying down in plank
- Left arm up, right arm up, then 5 more Mericans IC
- Toy Soldier – 10 IC
- Imperial Storm Troopers – 10 IC
Every time we went up a level, we would travel in Indian Run fashion, but changing up the exercise
Chakalakachoochoo up the deck to the next level
- 5 Burpees
1 Long Plank Line up the deck, and Bear Crawl (Indian Run Style)
- 5 Burpees
- 5 Mericans IC
1 Long Plank line up the deck, and Lung Walk (Indian Run Style)
- 5 Burpees
- 5 Mericans IC
- 10 Squats IC
Slowest Indian Run in history of F3 skipping 1 deck
- 5 Burpees
- 5 Mericans IC
- 10 Squats IC
- 15 LBC
- 20 J-LO
Sprint to top deck (or slow walk if you don’t want to run; this was the only real run we did)
- 5 Burpees
- 5 Mericans IC
- 10 Squats IC
- Merican Time Bomb
Then reverse going down, taking away the exercise added at each level
Mary:
- LBC x 20 IC
- Low Flutter x 20IC
- Hold low flutter into Marge, then Rosalita x 10 IC
- Plank for last 30 seconds

- Is there a difference between mumble chatter and complete ignorance for the Q/PAX? We might have pushed the line today. YES Primetime, there was a pattern to the workout. Why were you completely surprised at each level? Maybe it was the bottle of tequila you were sipping on! Oh yeah, the workout starts at 5:30!
- Just to clarify, do Mericans, Planks and Burpees help your core????
