Run to new parking lot over on Main street for warm up. Someone said it was a parking lot built for F3!
Run down Main street to Veterans park
Suicides to from the caboose to the end of the park, turn around at each light pole:
Round one – 10 merkins at each pole
Round two – 10 merkins, 20 squas at each pole
Round three – 10 merkins, 20 squats and 30 LBC at each pole
Run back to parking deck and to the rock pile
lo curl, hi curl, regular curl, shoulder press, skull crushers – put the rock back
Up the stairs to the top and run down the ramps to the launch pad
