It all started on an early wednesday morning…
6 men started out at the parking lot, with a quick lap around Discovery Place Kids.
End up on the street corner… no not doing what you think… just working out!
start with: STAR JACKS???? "I'm a star I'm a star!!!"
continue with: side stradle hop, (some type of low growing plant) puller, SLOW windmill, incline pushups on weird block things on street corner.
lap around grassy patch, then run to parking garage.
The Plan:
5 Burp-EEZ then run 1 level up, 5 more Burp-EEZ, then next level (Careful not to run over camp gladiator on your way by), plank at the top.
Once all Pax accounted for diamond mericans x 10 in cadence, then mosey down parking ramps stopping at every level doing 5 plank jacks.
go down to dusty car level, find a nice plank it out for some MacTarJives (SP), then find a seat called the peoples chair for some "touch dem heels" and "Air Presses"
Then indian run to Huntersville Elementary play ground. (SLOW DOWN TURBO!!!) after crossing some roads in a wild and unsafe manner, continue to playground for a 20 second hang, then 10 pullups, find a bench and condcut 5 knee drivers each side then a fun bout of decline 'mericans.
run over to Huntersville elementary for some inappropriately called rocky balboas (muhamid Ali's) then followed by a strange yet satisfying inline plank walk around the bench cirlce and finsihed up with a 'Merican Time Bomb starting at 7 around a very large, yet accomodating stump.
Indian run back to street corner for some…. SIDE STRADDLE HOPS??? whos running this thing anyways? Jimmy O put a stop to this at 20… I was going to 50!
Then did my favorite marry exercise, the alphabet, cursive, lowercase… DONT FORGET THE '.'s and the crosses!
Finally ended with some announcements and prayer requests!
