It was a big crowd today. YHC wasn’t sure how the two different workouts would blend and I suspect many Pax wanted to see it firsthand. Overall I think it worked, alternating between blocks and stretches. There was plenty of stretch to balance the strength work. Thanks to Topgun & Qbert for bringing FNG’s now known as Router & Buddy Holly. Thanks to everyone for joining today and supporting this idea born from

being double booked. I hate I had to miss coffee but this strange concept of driving to school took priority today. Until next time…
