MadSci: We had a perfectly good deck…

First off, I have to say my 4 yo woke me up at 3am, I'm sure just to make sure YHC didn't miss his alarm 1 hour later to get ready for the Q. When you gotta go, you gotta go I guess.  Nature calls.

I was excited to lead today, and happy to get out of the house. Here's what went down.

  • Great group today! I'm sure many of you came expecting a dry workout in the deck, and for a while the rain held off.  But hey, this is F3, we've never done it the easy way. I appreciate you showing, and we're all stronger because of it.
  • Great run for the Standard, thanks to Lego, Carpet Bagger and Pop Tart for the push and 2nd F.
  • I said it during the COT, F3 has helped challenge me to be better in all the Fs. I hope the same for each of you.  Challenge yourself to give it away to others, those already in F3 that maybe haven't come out in a while and those outside looking for something more.
  • I'll leave you with a line of a song I heard recently that really struck me: "I'm not searching for perfect, I'm perfecting my search." I think it really speaks to the journey, and not the finish line.
  • Thanks LaBon, for the opportunity to lead!
