All came equipped with proper head gear as we heading for some running an pain stations.
We warmed up and all went well as we headed down into a large retention pond near Kenton place when we realized we had some water problems. We abandoned the ditch and headed straight out. We crossed Catawba Ave and headed down Waterview Drive to the very end. There we caught a small dirt path and found ourselves on the boardwalk of Vineyard point, which provided a very soft running surface. Einstein and Frogger led the way while Omega chit chatted outside the residence windows. We will have another talk Omega!
We crossed back to the Kenton area when I was informed but someone (named after someone very bright…) we had 5 minutes to get back. This didn't seem right, but I believed him and we doubled down only to find out we were 10 minutes early. It happens! It pushed us a bit, so no harm there!
We improvised and did some wall work and Mary outside of the old Pier 1 Imports. We prayed for Lone Star's aunt and Frogger's family. I look forward to more "escapes from campus." Thanks all for a fun morning.
