Mailboxes, Etc.

One week delay on this backblast so will be brief. 4 showed up to Cobalt for a bootcamp workout which turned into a tour of part of the hood we don't normally leverage for workouts. We ran mailboxes on Overlook Cove Road, Danielle Christina, Serene Lane…..stopping at each box for called exercises. Lots of merkins and abs. Mixed in a AYG run up Overlook Cove Road in the middle somewhere. Couple miles running, lots of exercises and good chatter. Solid work fellas.
