The Thang
Break into 2 groups, each starts at a different corner of the track. Circle the track counter clockwise with an exercise in each corner, sprint straight-aways, karaoke facing launch pad the curves. Corner 1 is constant, group member picks the exercise type at corner 2, 3 & 4.

- Corner 3 – 15 <leg exercise>
- Corner 4 – 20 <ab exercise>

- Great to see TK out there, looks like he got the color no cut before the barber shops closed up
