Lawn Dart joined YHC for The Standard – nice work, LD.
warmorama was up and down the stairwell doing various upper body exercises while the legs warmed up simultaneously. Each time we reached the top, we stopped for an actual warmorama exercise like SSHs, ISTs, cotton pickers TN style, etc.
then Topgun showed up so we did a condensed version of everything so he'd feel included.
then over to the big Christmas tree and where we could keep an eye on the public commuters. But not before stopping on the grass for some "I surrender"s
To the big tree, where we hit the pecs pretty hard with multiple sets of KB bench presses and KB flies. Partners did merkins, dips, step-ups and Christian McCalf-raises when not on the bench.
At the request of the pax (sorta), we integrated woth the public a little more for monkey jumpers and B2B KB passes
then circle up for some more upper body work of various types. Heavy on the lawn mower pulls.
Finished with a pax-called Mary.

Strange how the MHs and B2Bs both occurred during red lights. Some passerby's just cannot look away. They'll remember their commute today.

Frogger… much less polite and politically correct than Jimmy O or anyone else for that matter, but strangely motivational to have around.
