5x showed to stretch and drink coffee.
Omaha was out of town this week, so we were not graced with his presence. No problem, the Clown Car had the Q and all was well. Ride on the way there involved Rocket's health and pollen… not really related.
Strange thing, when we showed up at the AO, gym door was wide open and all lights were on full bright. We looked around for interlopers, dimmed the lights, and shut the door and got down to it!
So we got started and went around the room taking turns with the Q. Die Hard and Ultraman did a nice job of making new stretches up as we went along. And they were actually pretty good! Omaha would have been proud.
Titan showed up a little late, but blamed lack of a #pb and the uncertainty that it's absence entailed. Good to note, all excercises need a #pb, even stretch.
PSA: Stretch will still meet at Mt. Zion next week and perhaps all of April. Planning on May 1 as the inaugural return to the Oakhurst Pavallion.
Prayers going out to Rocket and his health issues, hoping for a speedy recovery!
