Eleven hard-chargers took the plunge this morning. With Coach Kathy out today, we had a new coach in charge of this arsenal of human torpedoes. I didn't catch her name, but we will go with "Mama Fishie". The workout included at least 1600 yards with 2 x 500 yard special main events. YHC can't recall the specifics other than I think Mama Fishie kept yelling, "Just keep swimming dammit!!"
YHC does recall that Caesar had his game face on this morning and made the first banzai charge into the water. After that it's a chlorinated blur. Aye.
