First, an apology…YHC PB'd a standard but couldn't get out of bed.  But it turns out no harm no foul as no one showed anyway.  I was encouraged that two Fallout regulars showed, but thought that a modification to workout was in order.  

We had a little chit chat on why we were the only to show – could be there are too many Tuesday options now; could be that it is BRR season and soccer arms are ok for now; could be that PAX wanted an easier workout at another AO.  Whatever the reason we moved forward with a modified workout that still delivered high heart rate and heavy breathing.
