Mosey to a different parking lot for some other fun. I was feeling crabby, so crab walk about 25 yds, merkin shuffle across 10 yds, bear crawl back 25 yds, merkin shuffle across 10yds. Legs were feeling left out, so lunge walk 25 yds, squat shuffle across 10 yds, lunge walk back 25 yds, squat shuffle across 10 yds
Mosey back to AO start… almost… pulled up short of AO and dropped into an Indian Bear Crawl (Pax high plank in a line, last pax bear crawl to front, all pax do one merkin, last pax bear crawl to front, all pax do one merkin, etc… ad naseum… until all pax had their turn.
