Man Maker Monday Tackles The Peaks

The battle cry went out early Sunday morning for a good Q to lead MMM.  No one answered they ended up with YHC.  With no KB Q experience and only my painful #F3Blender memories to go on I stepped up to the challenge of leading the PAX in tackling The Peaks.  Here's how it went down. 

Warm-O-Rama

  • Grab the KBs and move to the top of the lot
  • 15 Cotton pickers 
  • Standing Rear cobra shoulder stretch (A LOT of grumbling)

  • 20 Muricans IC
  • 30 KB Goblet Squats
  • 40 KB Presses (20 each arm)
  • 50 KB Swings
