Ultraman didn’t enjoy the mumble chatter as much when it was in his own head. Hahaha
Commando joined in with a Prison Murph from 4,700 miles away in Hawaii since he is quarantined for 14 days in his room. We also connected later in the evening for a Zoom meeting with Gracie LKN for a striking clinic. Great to see you my boy, but keep that guard up!
I pushed my limits with a 45lb weight vest switching up full pull-ups with Australian pull-ups and tested my limits. I think I found them.
