- Thank you Greyhound for allowing me to Q today. Admittedly I forgot it was Murph Monday when I signed up, but yesterday when I realized it, well that was what I needed to ensure I got a good workout in. I’ll get back on the schedule for a KB Q.
- Headlamps don’t lie. We saw the running pax round the corner and head to the traffic light and they were flat moving (tclaps: Strombolli, Oyster, Eeyore, Chilly Willy).
- Good effort by all pax on the 10 sets. We modified when we had to but still pushed ourselves.
- Axel may have been a few minutes late, but he made up for it by explaining the Tic Toc he was watching (shoulda been there to know).
- Prayers for the passing of Nick and those loved ones who are mourning him.
- Praises for Mom-Stray’s 77th birthday and Parent-Strays 53rd anniversary!
- Did Callahan have his surgery yet? Yes or No we still pray for his knee healing?
- What I learned today: Man Maker Pax is a tough pax. I think all of us showed up this morning with some form of “awe crap its the Murph today, and I ain’t feeling it”. But when 0530 hit everyone got after it with no complaints. So be a Man Maker. Each day will present you with opportunities to be a boy or a man. Man up like Strombolli, Greyhound, Oyster, Axel, Chilly Willy and Eeyore. You’ll be better for it, and so will your family, friends, and community. Aye!
