7 stations – Complete 10 reps of both exercises at each station, then do another 10 reps of both exercises before moving to the next station…
- Front Raise / Man Maker Merkin – 10lb dumbbells
- Curl, Press, Crush / Deadlift Row – 55 or 45lb kettlebells
- Bench / Bridge Press – 35lb kettlebells
- Clean Chop / Bent Row – 40lb sandbag
- Ball Reverse Fly / Bent Fly – 15lb dumbbells
- Clean Press / Shoulder Press – 30lb kettlebells
- Curl / Lawnmowers – 25lb dumbbells
Run a lap around parking lot
Repeat above stations except do only 10 reps of both exercise just 1 time…not like the 2 times above (20 reps at each station vs 40 reps)
Moleskin:
