Marathons are stupid, bring back Bootcamps


10 PAX got up to slay some dragons and here’s how it’s done:

Coming off the Myrtle Beach Marathon, I’ve decided running that far is stupid and shouldn’t be done. So now its time to get back into bootcamping!

Standard:

Enron, Chilly Willy, Slingshot, Cherrybomb, Ichabod, and YHC for the Standard. YHC had to cut it short dealing with some knee pain.

Warmarama:

A 0531 start because the Q was slow getting back from the standard, we slow moseyed with our KB’s over to the front of St Marks

SSH, IST, Toy Soldiers, Mericans to get the juices flowing

The Thang:

Bulgarian Split Squat w/ a Lawn Mower at the Bottom

Curls

Squat to Press

Skull Crusher

Run to Pull Up Bars

Pull Ups

Run Back

Repeato: Round 1 9 reps, Round 2 12 reps, Round 3 15 reps of each

Intermission:

20 LBC’s IC

20 WW2’s

Homer to Marge x 10 on my count

Repeato of the above going back down doing 2 rounds. 12 Reps of each then 9 Reps

Partner Up

Partner 1 Runs to end of parking lot and back

Partner 2 Completes AMRAP of exercise

50 Mericans, 75 Squats, 100 LBC’s
