3 of the 10 PAX who posted at Berean this chilly morning were fresh off their half-marathon from Saturday. Airstream, Soprano and Cubicle each had an impressive showing on Saturday – congrats men! 

We covered 1.44 Strava verified miles including our standard bridge crossing to the rock pile where multiple sets of curls, rows and presses were performed. Pledge of Allegiance was recited at the brick ledge where incline merkins and air squats were performed. 

interestingly enough the Berean bridge froze over while in the Rubbermaid parking lot making it extra slick on the way back. Glad no one fell as it was a little dicey.

we stopped to see the pretty pansies on the way back and knocked out a few more merkins and air squats. 

YHC got called out for having anger issues for throwing in unexpected burpees as the Redskins didn’t win yesterday (or lose for that matter)

Blackbeard covered 4 miles this morning
