This was a workout meant for doing outside. Pax were encouraged to modify the distances to their liking during rounds. Pax were prepared to sweat, get stronger, and sharpen some iron this morning.

 

Fission had two pax that kept each other accountable and pushed themselves.

Warmed up quickly with:

25x SSH

10x Apollo Ohno’s 

10x jump squats

 

The Thang

 

400m run (.25 mile)

 

49x Merkins

49x LBCs

49x Air Squats

 

Broad jumps x 10 YDS or 10 ft your choice  OYO (1st cone/object of choice)

Burpees x 10 OYO

Bonnie Blairs (alternating jump lunges) x 10 OYO

Big Boi Situps x 10 OYO

 

Broad jumps x 10 YDS or 10 ft your choice  OYO (2nd cone/object of choice)

Burpees x 10 OYO

Bonnie Blairs (alternating jump lunges) x 10 OYO

Big Boi Situps x 10 OYO

 

Broad jumps x 10 YDS or 10 ft your choice  OYO (3rd cone/object of choice)

Bear crawl x 30 YDS or ft OYO (Back to the start)

 

Rinse and repeat the thang as many times as you can in 40 minutes.
