Partner A sprint parking lot row, down and back. Partner B OH Hold the Block.  

Flip, and Repeato x5

5 Windmills

Partner A sprint parking lot row, down and back. Partner B Blcok Swing.  

Flip, and Repeato x5

Partner A sprint parking lot row, down and back. Partner B Block Squat.  

Flip, and Repeato x5

Take blocks to the shadiest part of the parking lot.  Line up. 

Partner A mosey parking lot length, down and back. Partner B OH Hold the Block.  

Flip, and Repeato x3

Mosey to PU Bars. 

10 Imperial Storm Troopers

Start the workout….

Partner A 10 Pull UPs. Partner B OH Press the Blocks.  

Flip, and Repeato x5

Return the Blocks to their home

Circle up for some air squats and Mary stuff. 

Sprint each parking lot row, until we are 10 lunges away from our cars.
