12 Warriors of the Gloom gathered at PAINinsula to test their mettle at one of the toughest standing workouts in F3LKN – The Horseshoe. Here is their story:

Naked Man Moleskin:
1) Cousin Eddie and Omega were in a class by themselves this morning, strong work!
2) Great to have Macbeth and Atomic Dog back working out, need to get Atomic Dog and OshKosh registered on the site
3) Little over 3 miles covered and 31 flights of stairs climbed – pretty strong
