Mosey to the base of the hill, pick up 5 rocks on the way – 1st 5 back do 20 rock curls

THE HORSESHOE EXERCISES TODAY – 20 reps adding then subtracting in a pyramid fashio for 5 total sets and 100 total reps of each

We dedicated today's workout to Mr. Marvin Gould, WaffleHouse's Dad, who passed away last week. He raised a fine son in Scott and I am certain he was very proud of him. May he rest in peace and may perpetual light shine upon him.
