20 skull crushers, 20 dips, 20 skull crushers, 20 dips. 20 IST with KB

40 lawn mowers each side, 20 staggered merkins on KB, 20 diamond merkins, 20 pull thrus, 20 IST with KB

20  squat, curl, press, skull crushers, 20 squat, curl, press, 20 squat, curl, 20 squats, 20 IST with KB

Mary:

20 stack the shelf, 40 side bends, 20 russian twists, 20 W, 40 low flutter w KB, 40 low dolly w KB, 40 LBC w KB, 20 hells to heaven, 20 IST with KB

Moleskins:

The first live live virtual MMM!  We are thankful to be live at JV Washam next weeek with appropriate social distancing.

In cadence did not work well in this format so most exercises were OYO.

Rocket called me soft because I was indoors in my basement and I had a water bottle etc

Stapler and Mr Holland were also indoors and shoeless???

Holiday, Deep Dish, and Little Professor stated they were naked so thank God they were on audio only with no video!!!

Cousin Eddie was at the actual JV Washam AO with birds chirpping, thank you for the backround music!

Rocket had a low battery but made it thru the workout.

Tuffy did not say much as usual and crushed it, all business.
