There is a new workout in town and it’s called Ludicrous Speed. If you haven’t heard yet it is the new slow guys speedwork; we all love oxymorons. Hate running but want to get faster? Join us Wednesdays and RBP (next to/behind Bradley Middle School on Beatties Ford Rd) at 0600. Today we ran about a mile warmup follow by 3 sets of 800yd runs, split up as 100yd slow, 100yd fast, 200yd slow (previous two X 4) and set with 100yd slow – 200yd walk in between sets to bring HR down. We ended with 1.5 laps at mosey pace. Snake Eyes gifted us with 15 shoulder touch mericans to round out a full 45 minutes. C’est tout.
