The Memorial Day Murph is less then one month away! This year Arnie's Army is proud to host the pax from all F3 LKN AO's where we will honor those that paid the ultimate sacrafice serving our country including Lt. Michael P. Murphy. Post workout all are welcome for free coffee and 2nd F. The standard will launch at 6am and the Murph will start at 6:30am. Park at Jason's Deli in Huntersville and wear an F3 shirt.
