Today was the last Monday in May, and Memorial Day. That can only mean one thing. The Memorial Day Murph Convergence. However, due to the pandemic and Social Distancing/group size requirements, the convergence was called off. That didn't deter 8 of LKN's finest though. An OTB took shape and the Murph was on. We met at the Wynfield Forest Clubhouse and ran to St. Mark Pull-up bars. It was a little over a mile but that's ok. We commenced with 100 pull-ups, 200 Mericans, and 300 squats. Then we ran back stopping for a quick round of Monkey Humpers for Travolta. We circled up and read the name of a fallen hero during COT. As you celebrate today remember all those who have sacrificed for us.
