Pledge of allegiance
- 1 mile run with shovel flags flapping gloriously in the cool morning breeze

- 30X squats (of widely varying speed)
- 1 mile return run
For COT, we did a Name O Rama not of our own names, but of men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice, sometimes incuding the story of their service and sacrifice. This is why you won't find the PAX listed in this BB (Q = FNG-1 because it's a required field; although the cadence lead was shared around the circle).
Coffeeteria at Summit was beautiful and lively. Smiles, laughter, and joy. Men enjoying their hard-won freedom to the fullest!
As an exercise in perspective, I encourage you to read about the multitude of people in history and today who have not had it as good as we have. Those under Stalin and the Soviet Union, the Khmer Rouge, North Korea, communist China (especially Tibet and the Uyghur Muslims), and countless other populations in history. Unimaginable tyranny. America, while imperfect, has been the shining example of freedom and democracy in her 246 years. Never forget!
