60ish Men came out on Monday, May 27, 2024, Memorial Day to honor our veterans and those who gave their lives defending our country. 

Pre-Murph: 

T-Claps to Matlock, Jobe, and Mr. Holland for a Pre-Murph.  Not sure Matlock stuck around for Murph Repeato.  Strong Work! 

T-Claps to Kachow for running about 2 miles in, doing the full MURPH, then running home.  Ouch.  

Welcome FNG Jeff Fudge – 1st post and Navy vet that flew huge helicopters (53Es…if I recall).  There were rumors that he may show up to FKT today.  Welcome to F3 and welcome to the PAX. 

COT Gnarly Goat – reminder to not only honor our vets but also to lift up those going through mental battles and to pray specifically for HOPE!  Aye Goat good word.
