Great workout men! Pax ribbed 911 because of his mysterious post at The Quarry on Tues, although he did do one lap around school, enough to work out some movement, and due to having to leave early, just went on back home. I know he hated to miss out on the Murph! El Tigre was sore thanks to Grip's Q on Tuesday which was noticed very early in the workout with the SSH's. Oktoberfest cries out for creativity, thus adding the "special sauce" to the merican/ LBC sandwich; the dips, sit ups, and leg throw downs. Natty was working on his curls in San Fran and was tempted to join the Tai Chi group in his missing of his F3 comrades.
