Crabby Patty knocked this one out of the park, he ran up the Merkin Pyramid at a sprint. This was not Mater's favorite workout… but he busted it out like always. Worked in some One day I promise to come up with a more creative workout like Shirley, at least I didn't make everyone do 200 Trifecta's, Quadfecta or Pentafecta, like the guy who usually does the Thursday workouts, I won't mention his name. (Dandelion).
